This website is provided through Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Cloudflare operates a global content delivery network and manages the domain’s DNS. When you visit, technical data sent by your browser is processed automatically:

• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Requested page or file
• Referrer (previously visited page)
• Browser type and operating system

This data is needed to deliver the website and maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, quickly accessible website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data or used to identify individual people.

Data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR (EU standard contractual clauses), or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. Further information: Cloudflare privacy policy.

3. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on its server. Loading a page does not connect to Google’s servers or another font provider.

4. Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website does not set cookies or use analytics, tracking or advertising services.

When you choose a design direction or package on the homepage, it is stored in your browser’s session storage so your selection follows you through the website. It stays in your browser, is not sent to us and is removed when you close the tab.

5. Contacting me

When you contact me by email or phone, your details, such as name, email address, phone number and enquiry, are processed to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract; otherwise, my legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) applies. Data is deleted when no longer needed unless statutory retention duties apply.

6. External links (Etsy and demo websites)

Links to the Etsy offer open Etsy. The demo websites in the design collection are hosted by Wix. Data is only sent to those providers when you follow an external link. Their privacy policies then apply: Etsy, Wix.

7. Your rights

You have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21). Please contact the email address above to exercise them.

If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
